The challenge
Kyrodex had deep operational expertise but was delivering it manually, one client at a time. There was no way to scale without adding headcount, and no recurring revenue — every project was one-off.
The solution
We built an automation suite on n8n, Make, and custom APIs, then wrapped it in a client-facing dashboard for triggering and monitoring automations. Subscription access management means Kyrodex can now onboard unlimited clients without additional manual effort.
