Are these final prices?
They are honest starting points. Simple scopes land close to the listed price; complex ones are quoted individually after a discovery call.
Do you charge hourly?
No. We quote fixed-fee per project or monthly retainer. You know the number before we start.
What is included in support?
Bug fixes, minor tweaks, monitoring, and answering questions. New feature builds become separate scopes.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes. AI Retainer (R9,500/m) and Analytics Retainer (R6,500/m) are ongoing. Custom retainers available on any service.
Can I mix services?
Most projects do. Tell us the outcome you want on the contact form and we will scope a single combined proposal.
How do payments work?
50 % to start, 50 % on sign-off for once-off builds. Monthly invoicing for retainers. EFT, Stripe, or traditional invoice.
