Internal operations tool evolved into a full-stack SaaS sold to contractors across 6 core modules.

## The challenge

The entire cabinet manufacturing operation ran on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and memory. Cabinet dimensions, cut lists, quoting, stock, projects, and staff were all tracked manually — a single mistake could cost a full day of rework.

## The solution

We built a full-stack SaaS with six integrated modules: a cabinet configurator that auto-generates optimised cut lists and sheet layouts from dimensions, a real-time quoting engine, SKU stock management, project timeline scheduling, role-based organisation management, and a POS system for invoicing and payments.
